My Wedding Photography Style

I get just as excited about golden light hitting your dress details as I do about weird dance moves, or your dog looking smug in a tux. I love the emotional, beautiful parts of a wedding—but I’m also here for the quirks. Give me soft light, big feelings, and the unusual!

You don’t have to choose between elegant, well-lit portraits and quirky, unscripted shots—I do both. My approach blends photojournalism with personal touches—lots of candid moments, real emotion and creative angles, but space for traditional portraits. I want you to feel your best, so I can gently guide you into flattering light and angles in more arranged, traditional shots or suggest great backgrounds based on your style. But I think you’ll love the real stuff even more.

I’ve been shooting weddings for close to 10 years and I want to be that supportive presence on a big day. I love meeting new people and I’m a bit of a paradox— I’m drawn to the sensitive, transformative human life stuff (I think love is basically magic?), but I’m also here for your light sarcasm. I’d love to help you capture the big moments, the beautiful, classic ones. But most of all, the in-between: the emotional gestures that happen in a second with loved ones, the dumb-inside jokes, or the lovably strange.
